Carbon Fiber Crack Repair
Fiberlock™ is a dry, unidirectional or bi-directional, non-corrosive carbon fiber fabric constructed with high strength carbon fibers. Fiberlock™ fabrics, in conjunction with Fiberlock™ saturates are used to reinforce or retrofit concrete and unreinforced masonry structures. Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabric pieces are provided in 12 x 24 inch strips for ease of application and ability to follow the direction of the crack.
Carbon Fiber Wall Brace
Fiberlock™ is a dry, unidirectional or bi-directional, non-corrosive carbon fiber fabric constructed with high strength carbon fibers. Fiberlock™ fabrics, in conjunction with Fiberlock™ saturates are used to reinforce or retrofit concrete and unreinforced masonry structures. Fiberlock™ Wall Brace Carbon Fiber Fabrics are available in a 12 inch wide unidirectional construction and a 5.5 inch wide bi-directional construction.
Resins and Filler Compounds
Gateway Composites two-component, high strength, high modulus epoxy resin systems used as the primer and saturant for Gateway Composites carbon fiber systems and kits (Fiberlock™ and private label brands). Resin is combined with carbon, glass and basalt fabrics for wet-layup composites providing strengthening and reinforcement to structural members.
Composite Stitching Rods & Brackets
We provide composite products (rods, bars, brackets, tubes and strips) that are lightweight, anti-corrosive and yield high performance mechanical properties for multiple applications. Carbon fiber reinforcements exhibit high strength to weight ratios. The composites have very low coefficient of thermal expansion with excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance. Gateway Composites provides users with a range of geometries (length, width, thickness, diameter) of which all tensile strength, modulus, length, width, thickness, diameter can be customized to meet customer requirements.
