Manufacturing Process Engineer
We are a growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to add a full time Manufacturing Process Engineer member to our team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-starter with a technical background, 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Keep manufacturing equipment such as, weaving looms, textile equipment, pultrusion lines and coating equipment operational.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment when down.
- Determine root cause when processes are not in control and develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary to remedy the situation.
- Process improvements to maximize efficiency, improve quality, minimize down time, and reduce costs.
- Identifies appropriate production process for ensuring conformance to customer product specifications at a competitive cost.
- Designs and commissions tools, jigs, fixtures, and tests to support the manufacturing team.
- Develop and maintain control paperwork and SOPS for manufacturing processes.
- Required to make routine verbal and written reports to Management.
Application Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer
- Must have exceptional documentation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- US Citizenship required
